What is a Rapist?

Is it a person who believes ... to be real
he has to act without permission?

to not miss an opportunity?

taking time to think it through
mean he is weak giving his masculinity
his strength his courage
giving it all up to think
think like a prime minister
a priest a rabbi a psychoanalist?
Is he stressed more by uncertainty
than courage more by appearing to be
unsure?

Let me comfort you
trust you are doing the best
you know how
and all those years growing up
really in need of protection
denied while bullies ganged up on you
in the playground
exploring who they were?

No means more than no!
It means we humans have evolved.
Yet haven't created degrees
on masculinity
ways of encouraging the mind
to find peace in empathy
but medicine takes years
to learn at university.

Do I think too much?
Or are humans still trying to be free
knowing that having an answer
to that question would be dangerous
to girls coming into their
adult body.

Is the unwritten ritual
(ganging up on smaller
animals and beating
the shit out of them)
making him a man
or docile support
for patriarchy?
