we can choose kindness. I have always felt cared for when people say kind things. Kindness no matter how small brings me back to myself, my world, country and nation. Yes I choose the gentle arts. Trees are not gentle but they appear harmless to me mostly because I dont interfere with their well-being. Kindness is what can put us to sleep. But it can also be as familiar as a neighbour or relative. As a whole humans are hungry, tired and worried, but they also research what is healthy, they make medicine, loving kindness. My family keep me warm and content. I know this is a boring post, no action, no fear, no blood. It will soon be supper time which is cruel to the animals killed. It would be good to do no harm. Eat only vegetables. I love the people who care for others. The ones who opened their house for a party. I love my family. I love my care workers who have trained to give me baths, to give me medicines. I understand how boring this post must be. I also love my family. And a glass of white wine at supper.
